Paradise in the East of Russia

07.06.2016

The largest Russian tour operators visited Primorye region attractions from 18 to 22 May.

Second Pacific Tourist Forum has taken place in Vladivostok on May 19-22. Business program of the event included discussions of the Far East of Russia tourism potential, projects of "East ring of Russia" and "Cruise tourism" were presented.  International tourist exhibition guested participants from 10 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Guests and expert were entertained on the island Russky by colorful events like culinary street fair souvenirs and Marine Ball.
Tourism proffessionals from many Russian regions had their own excursion program. They had a chance to visit Mariynsky theatre in Vladivostok, Voroshilov battalion on the Russky island, Game zone "Primorye", sport complex "Primring" and aquarium which is about to open this summer on the Russkiy island. The last object surpised by it's size and organic installation in the landscape of the island.  Aslo, touroperators visited well known in Russia nature star, Amur tiger, in safari-park near Vladivostok.
Especially nosey directors of the Moscow tourist companies, including Tatiana Kalishevskaya, had contrived to organize a very deep "dive" in the nature of Primorye. They visited "Shtikovskye ponds" tourist complex which was icreadibly lovely and professionally installed in the nature of the beautifull valley. Rather refreshing water of the Japan sea didn't stop them from opening the summer swim season in Shamora traditional resort area. Besides, in these dates in Vladivostok, as all over Russia, "Night in a museum" action allowed to visit Arseniev ethnography museum and some other cultural object of the city.
Unfortunately, during the 5 days, visit to none of numerous national parks and nature reserves of the area was planned. We hope, that rapid development of tourism in Russia will allow us to get acquainted and show to our tourists  spectacular nature of the area in the nearest future.
All the participants of the event have taken home kilograms of the fresh fish, seafood and caviar.
