Virtual phototour to Smolensk region - land of lakes. Usually we headed there in the first decade of May. So it's time to pack our cameras. This year our cameras will be virtual.
«Smolenskoye Poozerie» - national park in the north-west of Smolensk region. The park is located in the unique place of European Russia - the banks of the rivers and lakes were inhabited by human since ancient times. Trade route from the Varangians to the Greeks passed here. Park is covered by the relict forests and bogs with rich animal and plants diversity.
