An evening organized by Ecology and Life Magazine in Central House of Scientists took place at the end of November.
There was a small string concert scheduled at the beginning of the evening, non-fiction books on ecology and sustainable development were available at a small shop.
All the speakers made very interesting presentations on such problems as catastrophes prognostication, post-reform changes in Russian regions, waste treatment and other aspects of transition to sustainable development.
We were also invited to make a speech so we appeared with a presentation on ecological tourism and its contribution to sustainable development of our country. The speech was so interesting that our business-cards were over before the event finished!
